I don't understand if you have that kind of problems or you asked for a linux antivirus software? ...I think you don't need to wory about spyware, malware, etc. Please be more specific if you encouter a problem.
You may have a look at http://www.chkrootkit.org/.
sudo apt-get install chkrootkit
You can run this by typing chkrootkit in a terminal. It scans for local rootkit.
