You need to download and install the adobe flash player separately from adobe site
 

• Download the .deb from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
• Right click and install using deb installer
• Open Termninal
• Type google-chrome --enable-plugins

This will enable the plugins for chrome and now you can enjoy viewing any site that has flash component in it. Enjoy!
