Oops!, sorry i misread your question. If i understand correctly i think you want to access windows partition. No problem.

From Ubuntu menu, choose Places - Computer, All the disk drives will be listed. Double click on the windows partition drive. It will prompt for your password. Enter the password and voila, you are into windows partition.
