Also add this line to your eclipse.ini

-Djava.library.path=/usr/lib/jni

otherwise you'll see error dialog while running eclipse

The above change is required ONLY if you configured eclipse.ini -vm argument to a jdk

for eg. in eclipse.ini you have the following line

-vm
/home/dave/software/jdk1.6.0_17/bin/java
