My username is looking like oide33ab434er when i use OpenID, Is there a way to display my name instead of the strange Id?
Absolutely. This is where the display name is very useful.
After you login using your OpenId please do the following:
- Click on the My Account link
- Click on the Edit tab
- Click on the About link below the tab
- Enter your desired name in the Display name textfield
- Click on the Save button
Now wherever your userid appears it will be replaced with your display name.
