Some of the 3gp files i download on the net doesn't work with the players in ubuntu. I am not hearing any sound. Some are erroring out due to codec issues. I tried playing with Movie Player, Banshee Media Player, VLC Media player, etc... Is there any good free 3gp player available for download that can any 3gp file?

    Linux players are VLC and MPlayer. Since MPlayer works, you can transcode using MEncoder.
