I have an Nvidia GeForce 7300LE and a GeForce FX 5200, with four monitors.  Back in the days of Feisty Fawn, I tried getting this system to work with Ubuntu, but had a problem being able to drag windows from the display of one graphics card to the display of the other card.  Is this resolved in the current release?  What will I need to do to configure it correctly?

  • Unfortunately i don't have four monitors but i do have 2 monitors connected to 2 graphic cards. I don't have any problems. I can drag windows between these two monitors and works great.

    it is possible to use multiple monitor with configuring xorg.conf file without using compiz effects.You can find out how you can configure xorg.conf file...
