Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid lynx has gstreamer-plugins-ugly to play Adaptive Multi Rate (AMR) encoded files. 3GP files now work great with Ubuntu 10.04

Just open any 3GP or any Adaptive Multi Rate (AMR) encoded file in Movie Player or VLC player, it will automatically install the plugin for you. enjoy!!
