I cannot play any videos online. The player acts like its gonna work and then never loads

  • It depends what type of videos you are trying to play and what version of ubuntu you are using.  Generally, the command would look something like this:  sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree
    Please keep in mind that this is proprietary software.

    I think you might be having a incorrect flash version or a buggy one
