ust installed ubun2 9.10 in asecond partition with xp after shrinking xp partition
goes from boot  linux os  or recovery to no such device with a long string matching the string  its looking for if you hit e and read the command its trying to implement. how do I  boot into ubun2

This is possibly due to the corrupted boot loader. Here is how to reinstall bootloader and fix the corrupted bootloader in ubuntu
