Ubuntu Machine Hangs many times "How to fix it "

Just working on ubuntu machine suddenly the desktop is grad out and machine hangs.

What the Fuck is this whats going on ?????

OK i am sorry I greatly respect to everyone and also be patient.
I give you the details about the system it was a Dell Machine with 2 GB of RAM
1.6 Ghz of Core to Quad Intel processor With 200 GB of Hard Disk i used to install
Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid on it by using the option of installing on entire Disk.It was a brand new system I have purchased i previously used Windows Xp now I try to
used ubuntu for first time internet browsing is too good but Freezing is not good
it is irritating.

Problem is that why the machine hangs during working this is the problem
Kindly I am new to ubuntu tell how to check my machine how could i provide you
details about the problem.
