ubun2^beta

Just downloaded moblin 2.1 image file and thinking of installing it in my ACER aspire one netbook.
 
Since it is .img file i don't know how to burn or flash it into as a bootable USB flash drive so that i can boot my netbook with USB and install moblin. Please help

I am aware of the ubuntu .iso image and burning it into cd / dvd drive.
But I am looking to have like a live CD on a USB. Is there a USB ubuntu image that i can get and burn into a USB?
Also How to burn into a usb flash drive? Is there a special software to burn the image?
