I registewred using my normal email adress. The site reported that it could not send me an email, and advised me to contact the site administrator, only to get the same message. Is this a fault of the system or my email address?

I love my evolution email groupware suite. My current version shows as 2.28.1, however there is a better version available and released by evolution. How can i upgrade 2.28.1 to the latest 2.30.0.1 version?
